Jesse Smith drove in four runs, helping COLORADO CRUSH 16A to a 7-3 victory over Loveland Rage 18A on Sunday at ASP B2.
She homered in the first inning and singled in the seventh inning.Sterling Martin picked up the win for COLORADO CRUSH 16A. Martin pitched seven innings and allowed two earned runs, six hits and three walks while striking out five.
COLORADO CRUSH 16A went up for good in the first, scoring three runs on A three-run home run by Smith.
After pushing across two runs in the bottom of the second, Loveland Rage 18A faced just a 3-2 deficit. An error and an RBI single by #24 fueled Loveland Rage 18A's comeback. Finally, Martin got #5 to fly out to end the threat.
COLORADO CRUSH 16A added three more runs in the top of the seventh. Smith kicked things off with a single, scoring Emily Moore.
